Sell This Guitar

I am curious to see where this website will go. Sell This Guitar is a personal project launched by Seymour Duncan’s social media guy, Scott Olson.  The neat idea behind the site is to find every guitar for sale around the world on a map… A simple Google Map !

The features are pretty cool :

• You can search a guitar locally or worldwide.
• A simple form allows potential buyers to contact sellers (sellers emails are not publicly displayed).
• The actual location of the seller is secure thanks to the built-in auto-location randomizer feature.

The search function seems to work fine, and as the website is fairly recent it is still easy to watch the map. I hope it will remain the same as the listing grows.

I can easily imagine myself wandering for hours on the map… Just hunting or procrastinating !
